Description

Pickled beets rent space in the memory of anyone who loved them growing up. Deeply colored, sweet-tangy, tender without being soft, they're the kind of pickled veg served at church suppers, family dinners, and holiday tables. Their presence was so strong at these gatherings that it seemed as though the beet jar had appeared as a matter of course alongside the pastas, fruit salads, and chafing dishes.

The Relish Barn makes their Pickled Beets in the tradition that those memories belong to. They start with small whole beets pickled in a brown-sugar-and-vinegar base, then add fresh onions and spices to create a balanced flavor that’s neither too sour nor too sweet. They taste like a homegrown family staple — because the recipe hasn't strayed far from that original. Serve them alongside roast pork or a holiday spread, layer them into a salad, or eat them straight from the jar the way they were always meant to be eaten.

Size: 1 Pint — 16 oz

They are expensive but worth it. The cost of shipping...not so much.
