    My grandfather made the hold standard in pear jams. Das Jam is the closest I've found to his. It's beautifully translucent, not overly sweet & the pears have just enough resistance. I'm a fan!

    I have constantly looked for the past several years for anything made with pears. It’s one of my favorite fruits and especially the pear jelly. No food chains like Kroger’s or Safeway carry it. I would make a suggestion that you might try some of the food chains to carry your products. I certainly will endorse your product.
