Our small-batch No Sugar Added Cinnamon Pear Jam gets it right. We slow-cook each batch without any added sugar, letting the pear's natural floral sweetness come forward on its own terms, with white grape concentrate and citrus doing just enough to hold and brighten it. Cinnamon adds warmth without overwhelming, so the spice and the fruit are in easy conversation.
