Our small-batch No Sugar Added Black Bear Jam combines those three wild-spirited fruits—blackberries, red raspberries, and blueberries—through slow-cooking. Without added sugar, the berries' natural, sweet-tart depth can do the work. A touch of citrus and white grape concentrate brightens and preserves what the fruit already offers, creating a bold, layered jam that’s perfect for spreading on a warm biscuit, swirling into yogurt, or serving with sharp cheddar on a charcuterie board for a taste of the Tennessee hills.
