Ingredients: Sugar, Hot Peppers, Bell Peppers, Lemon Juice, Vinegar, Pectin, Citric Acid

    I first bought this at a fair in Mount Dora, FL, and my husband and I were astonished at how wonderful it is. We said that we wished we'd bought more. Then I discovered the address on the jar and was thrilled to know I could order some. I will continue to be a fan of this jam.

    We love this Hot Pepper Jam, the best we have found. It is a delicious combo of sweet and spicy...especially with cream cheese on crackers. We only wish is that there was a choice of a much hotter version.

    I found this jam while on vacation to the area. It has a perfect balance of spice and sweet. I have tried to find something like it in the St Louis and it can't be done so now I order it and have it shipped. It's that good and has no comparison.
