Elderberries, part of the honeysuckle family, offer a unique blend of sweet, tart, and earthy flavors. These small, dark berries bloom in early to mid-summer and are harvested from July through September across many regions in the United States. Their distinct taste and rich color make them a cherished ingredient in a variety of culinary delights.

Ingredients: Sugar, Elderberries, Pectin, Citric Acid

Size: 1 Pint - 16 oz

    I've purchased a number of their jams and not one flavor disappoints. Delicious! Breakfast includes a waffle, topped with cottage cheese and 1 Tablespoon of which ever jam I'm in the mood for that day. Be it elderberry, traffic jam, pear, plum the list goes on. In days where so many items are recalled, I'm confidently eating a well processed, loaded with fruit jam! Not one of the jams I've tasted has that over the top sweet taste. And yes, it also is great on ice-cream!

    Been there many times when motorcycle riding. Always buy the elderberry jam and have even had some shipped to me in Illinois. I have tried some of the other jams but always come back to the elderberry.

    We stumbled across this jam on a recent trip to Tennessee. We brought it home and within 10 minutes of opening the jar we were online ordering more. We’ve had a tough time finding elderberry jam and a harder time finding good elderberry jam. The search is over as we’ve found WONDERFUL jam! We’re so pleased! On top of the jam being great, the box was on my porch in no time. Great service too! Thank you!

    Hey there! We found this delightful jam at Steve Longmeyer's Tomato Farm in Grainger County, TN. Now we don't have to drive from Marietta GA. to Tennessee to get that great flavor. Just order it from Das Jam Haus direct. You want something tasty? You got it.
