Harvested in the Tennessee mountains, our locust honey comes from bees that gather their nectar from black locust tree blossoms. This rare honey is known for its light golden color, subtle notes of vanilla, and delicate floral aroma. The taste doesn’t get any purer than this: raw, unpasteurized, fresh from the honeycomb.
Locust honey has a flavor that is sweet, clean, and smooth. It’s delicious drizzled over granola and fresh fruit, on a charcuterie board alongside cheeses and figs, or slathered on a warm biscuit. Its mild, sweet flavor also makes a nice addition to hot or iced tea, or lightly spread on fresh bread.
