Absolutely wonderful jam
Does nothavestrong Apricot Taste.
I was very disappointed in the apricot jam. Rather than having small pieces of apricot blended into the jam, it had essentially whole apricots (with pits removed) suspended in something close to jelly. The apricots were tasty, but impossible to spread on bread; while the jelly-like backdrop had only a mild apricot flavor. I ended up using scissors to snip up the whole apricots so they would blend in better. But while this was an improvement, it still wasn’t as good as jams where the apricots are chopped finer and really blended into the jam.
All their jam has chunks of real fruit in each jar. Delicious to the last spoonful.
Love this Homemade Jame. I have always liked Apricot and was not discouraged when I received this. Love it.
